NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: 'Saturday Night Live' is officially celebrating its 50th anniversary, and the milestone brought out a star-studded lineup for 'SNL50: The Homecoming Concert'.
Among the A-listers in attendance were Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, who participated in a hilarious bit during the event, as per Deadline.

During the special, host Jimmy Fallon made it clear that the three-hour show was all about the music—no awards were being handed out.
“Apparently, there’s been some confusion,” Fallon quipped.

“This is just a concert. We’re not giving out any awards tonight. So, I just want to make sure that everyone knows that,” he explained.
On cue, Hanks and Wilson were spotted in the background hilariously sneaking out of Radio City Music Hall, prompting laughter from the audience.
