WASHINGTON, DC: Robert F Kennedy Jr refuses to acknowledge that he's playing spoilsport in the upcoming November election, but it seems as if former president Donald Trump might not see it that way.

On Friday, July 26, the 70-year-old independent presidential candidate participated in an interview on ‘CBS Mornings’ where he was asked directly whose support he's impacting more.

Kennedy Jr admitted that he is mainly drawing support from former president Trump's camp, according to TMZ.

What could be best possible outcome for RFK Jr in November presidential election?

Robert F Kennedy Jr claimed he brought to former president Trump’s notice how much support he was taking away from him when he spoke with the 78-year-old MAGA strongman recently.

He said that Trump told him they needed to address the issue. However, when asked if the ex-POTUS talked about offering him a position in his cabinet, Kennedy Jr stayed tight-lipped.

Despite RFK Jr insisting he didn't discuss dropping out of the 2024 presidential race in his conversation with Trump, it’s clear that there’s a possibility they discussed it.

After the shooting incident that almost took the former president's life, Kennedy Jr and Trump had a lengthy conversation, which was captured in a leaked video.

During their discussion, the two presidential hopefuls covered various topics, including vaccines and President Joe Biden reaching out to Trump after the Pennsylvania rally shooting on Saturday, July 13.

It seems evident that former president Trump was trying to persuade Kennedy Jr to prevent him from splitting the vote.

Even though Kennedy Jr may not own up to this for the time being, it appears that he could benefit more by aligning with Trump rather than continuing as an independent presidential candidate with little chance of winning.

In any case, Kennedy Jr is in a powerful position, and it looks like both Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris could benefit from his endorsement. It wouldn’t be surprising if either side gave him preferential treatment leading up to November.

Internet mocks Robert F Kennedy Jr

People online trolled the 70-year-old independent presidential candidate for claiming in an interview that he had spoken to former President Donald Trump recently and informed him that he was taking votes away from his camp rather than from his Democratic opponents.

One person remarked, "He’s in bed with Trump and his campaign sooooooo that’s not a surprise."

Another person quipped, "Right on, keep it up little worm controlling his brain!"

Another person said, "His namesakes would be so ashamed of him..."

One person wrote, "Talk crazy, you'll attract crazy."

Another person claimed, "His supporters are Crack pot conspiracy theorists."

Another person asked, "Why run when you clearly know that you’re not going to win?"

Finally, this person commented, "Kennedy is an embarrassment."
